Data and collection methods

• Technical access data: Hosting and security systems may automatically handle your IP address, requested path and time, response status, browser/device details, and referrer when you visit.
• Language preference: When you select TR or EN, only the selected language value is stored in your browser.
• Email correspondence: If you email us, we receive your sender address, message, and anything else you choose to include.

There are no visitor accounts, payments, comments, or contact forms. The application code currently includes no ad network, tracking pixels, or visitor analytics integration.

Purposes and legal bases

• Technical data may be processed to deliver and secure the website and diagnose failures under legitimate interests, subject to applicable safeguards (Turkish KVKK Art. 5/2(f)).
• The language cookie remembers the language you explicitly selected and helps you use the site; you can remove it at any time.
• Email correspondence is used to respond to requests and, where relevant, establish or protect rights; processing grounds may include legitimate interests, legal claims, or a specific legal duty, depending on the request.

Recipients and international services

The site is delivered through Vercel hosting. Published project and article content, including images, may be delivered by Sanity CMS and its content network. Email correspondence passes through Google Gmail. These providers may process technical data as required for their services.

Vercel, Sanity and Google operate internationally; hosting, distribution, or support may involve processing or transfers outside Türkiye. The actual scope and applicable safeguards under Turkish KVKK Art. 9 depend on the relevant account settings and agreements. A provider publishing standard contractual terms does not, by itself, establish that all transfer obligations have been met.

Retention and deletion

The language cookie expires after at most 365 days or can be removed earlier. Emails are kept only as needed to handle the correspondence and related claims, then deleted when no longer needed. Technical-log retention depends on the active Vercel plan and any log-drain settings and must be checked in the current account. Legal retention duties may apply.

Your data-protection rights

You may exercise the access, information, correction, erasure, and other rights available under Turkish KVKK Art. 11. The email above is available for initial contact. Formal requests must follow the applicable Data Controller Application Procedure rules; not every ordinary email necessarily qualifies as a formal application. Do not send ID documents or sensitive data in an initial email.

External links and changes

When you open an external link, the destination's privacy practices apply. This notice and the relevant controls will be reviewed before introducing forms, analytics, advertising, accounts, or other new data processing.
